Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk canned or carton
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut for garnish
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker texture

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, banana, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle shredded coconut on top for garnish.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical treat!
