- In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, banana, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle shredded coconut on top for garnish.
