Generously apply the spice mixture over the entire surface of the steak.
Place the seasoned steak into the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Adjust time for desired doneness.
Remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
