Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
While the wings are cooking, prepare the hot honey sauce by mixing the honey, hot sauce, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the hot honey sauce over them. Toss until the wings are well coated.
Serve the wings hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
