- 2 large naan bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the naan bread on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
- Spread 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce on each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced red bell pepper over the tzatziki sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the veggies and chicken.
- Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
