  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the tzatziki sauce.
  3. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread a generous layer of the tzatziki sauce over each naan.
  4. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the tzatziki-covered naan.
  5. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
