- 2 large naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, finely diced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the tzatziki sauce.
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread a generous layer of the tzatziki sauce over each naan.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the tzatziki-covered naan.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute the chicken with roasted vegetables like bell peppers and zucchini.
