- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 slider buns
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Sliced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the spicy mayo by mixing the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- To assemble the sliders, spread a generous amount of spicy mayo on the bottom half of each slider bun. Add a turkey patty, a slice of avocado, and a handful of shredded lettuce. Top with sliced tomatoes if desired, and place the top half of the bun on each slider.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
