- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup diced kiwi
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, coconut water, and fresh lime juice. Stir well to mix all the juices together.
- Add the diced pineapple, strawberries, and kiwi to the juice mixture.
- Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the ginger ale to the pitcher for a fizzy finish.
- Serve the punch over ice cubes in glasses and garnish each serving with fresh mint leaves.
