Instructions
- Prepare a large mixing bowl and add the diced pineapple, strawberries, mango, kiwi, and halved grapes.
- Gently combine the fruits using a spatula, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- In another bowl, blend the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lime juice until creamy and well combined.
- Drizzle the mixture over the fruit medley, carefully folding it in to coat all the pieces without mashing them.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and let the flavors develop.
- When ready to serve, give the salad a light toss and add fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
