- 2 cups diced pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 2 cups diced strawberries (fresh)
- 1 cup diced mango (fresh)
- 1 cup diced kiwi (fresh)
- 1 cup seedless grapes (halved)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, strawberries, mango, kiwi, grapes, and mini marshmallows.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the fruit and gently toss until all the fruit is coated.
- If using, sprinkle the shredded coconut over the top and give it a light stir.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
