- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
