- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, banana, pineapple chunks, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle shredded coconut on top for garnish.

Notes
