Description
A refreshing mocktail made with fresh strawberries and mint, perfect for springtime gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprigs and strawberry slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, mint leaves, and honey (or agave syrup). Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds and mint bits.
- Add the lemon juice to the strained strawberry mixture and stir well.
- Slowly pour in the sparkling water and gently mix to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the strawberry mixture over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and a slice of strawberry. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a fun twist, add a splash of coconut water for a tropical flavor.
- Substitute the strawberries with raspberries or blueberries for a different berry sipper.
