Description
A refreshing and delicious raspberry lemonade perfect for quenching your thirst on a hot day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds. Use a spatula to press down and extract as much liquid as possible.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar to the raspberry juice in the pitcher. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix until combined.
- Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries if desired.
Notes
- For a sparkling twist, replace some of the cold water with club soda or sparkling water.
- Add a few mint leaves to the pitcher for a refreshing herbal flavor.
