Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated with the spices.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- While the chicken and vegetables are cooking, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- To serve, place a generous portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and fresh cilantro if desired.
