Description

A delightful and easy-to-make no-bake dessert featuring creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 12 popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of popsicle molds to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the molds over the crust.
  7. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. To serve, remove the pops from the molds and enjoy.
