Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer, featuring flaky croissants filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and savory pepperoni.

- 2 large croissants
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each croissant in half lengthwise to create a top and bottom.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the cheese and pepperoni mixture evenly onto the bottom half of each croissant.
- Place the top half of the croissant back on and gently press down.
- Brush the tops of the croissants with olive oil for a golden finish.
- Place the filled croissants on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- Substitute the pepperoni with cooked sausage or diced vegetables for a different flavor profile.
