Description

A delicious and healthy treat made with Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and granola, perfect for a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries, being careful not to crush them.
  3. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Sprinkle granola on top of each yogurt bite.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the muffin tin and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • Experiment with different fruits like peaches or mangoes for a tropical twist.
