- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries, being careful not to crush them.
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle granola on top of each yogurt bite.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the muffin tin and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
- Experiment with different fruits like peaches or mangoes for a tropical twist.
