Description
A delicious and easy-to-make Garlic Parmesan Chicken recipe that is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and let it heat for a minute.
- In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Add the chicken thighs and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the hot griddle or skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- During the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Cover with a lid or a large piece of aluminum foil to help the cheese melt.
- Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove the chicken from the heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.
- You can also substitute chicken breasts for thighs if you prefer a leaner cut of meat.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
