A delicious and easy-to-make Ice Cream Sandwich Cake that combines layers of ice cream sandwiches, whipped cream, fudge sauce, and toppings for a delightful frozen treat.

- 2 packs (12 each) of ice cream sandwiches
- 1 container (8 ounces) of thawed whipped cream
- 1 cup of fudge sauce
- 1 cup of crushed chocolate cookies (like Oreos or chocolate wafers)
- 1 cup of mini chocolate morsels
- 1 cup of colorful sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with a layer of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
- Lay down a single layer of ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of the pan.
- Evenly distribute half of the whipped cream over the ice cream sandwiches.
- Pour half of the fudge sauce over the whipped cream.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed cookies and mini chocolate morsels on top of the fudge layer.
- Repeat the process with another layer of ice cream sandwiches, followed by the remaining whipped cream, fudge sauce, crushed cookies, and chocolate morsels.
- Add sprinkles on top if desired.
- Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or until solid.
- Before serving, let it sit for about 10 minutes to soften slightly, then cut into squares.
