- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup mixed olives
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the sausages with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- While the sausages are grilling, prepare the vegetables. Toss the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the vegetables to the grill during the last 10 minutes of sausage cooking time. Grill until tender and slightly charred.
- Once everything is cooked, arrange the sausages, grilled vegetables, fresh mozzarella balls, and mixed olives on a large serving board or platter.
- Serve with sliced baguette on the side for dipping and enjoy with fresh herbs sprinkled on top for garnish.
