Description

A Grilled Sausage Grazing Board is a delightful and versatile platter featuring a variety of grilled sausages, fresh vegetables, mozzarella, olives, and baguette slices, perfect for sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound assorted sausages (such as Italian, bratwurst, and chicken sausage)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sausages with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  4. While the sausages are grilling, prepare the vegetables. Toss the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the vegetables to the grill during the last 10 minutes of sausage cooking time. Grill until tender and slightly charred.
  6. Once everything is cooked, arrange the sausages, grilled vegetables, fresh mozzarella balls, and mixed olives on a large serving board or platter.
  7. Serve with sliced baguette on the side for dipping and enjoy with fresh herbs sprinkled on top for garnish.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider using spicy sausage varieties or adding sliced jalapeños to the grill.
  • You can also customize the board by adding your favorite cheeses, nuts, or dips like hummus or mustard for extra flavor.
