Instructions
- Begin by heating a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Coat the chicken breasts with avocado oil and generously season with salt and pepper.

- In a separate small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, whole grain mustard, maple syrup, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
