Description

Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon or sausage patties
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or American)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon or sausage until crispy. Remove and set aside.
