- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of bacon or sausage patties
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or American)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon or sausage until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt a little butter and crack the eggs into the skillet. Cook until the whites are set, and the yolks are cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of cheese on each egg and allow it to melt slightly.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing an egg with cheese on the bottom half of each toasted English muffin.
- Add the bacon or sausage on top of the egg and cover with the top half of the muffin.
