- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third dish, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken bites to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs.
- Adjust the amount of garlic powder to taste.
