Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. This will help them crisp up even more.
