- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Cooking spray or parchment paper for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. This will help them crisp up even more.
