  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, shredded chicken, carrots, bell peppers, snap peas, green onions, almonds, and sesame seeds. If using chow mein noodles, add them just before serving for extra crunch.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
