Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, shredded carrots, fresh cranberries, chopped walnuts or pecans, and raisins if using. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
