- 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the orange segments, strawberries, grapes, banana slices, and blueberries.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruit pieces evenly.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
