Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb some liquid and thicken the pudding.
- After 5 minutes, whisk the mixture again to break up any clumps.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the pudding to individual serving containers.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for a thicker consistency.
