- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for breadcrumbs, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- If using, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil in a small bowl until evenly coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- For a healthier option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use whole wheat egg noodles.
