- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Trim the crusts off each slice of bread and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread, then roll them up tightly.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring they are coated on all sides, then place them seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Add more butter as needed for cooking.
- Once cooked, roll each French toast roll-up in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
