- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the tzatziki dressing over the chickpea mixture and gently toss to combine.
