  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
