  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese. Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the chicken and ham mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly on top of the casserole.
