Description

Delicious and creamy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps that are easy to make and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out in the center of each one.
  3. Top the chicken mixture with fresh spinach leaves and chopped parsley, if using.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them up tightly from the bottom to the top to form wraps.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm.

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
