- 2 cups cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, Caesar dressing, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Evenly distribute the chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes onto each tortilla.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture over the lettuce and tomatoes, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the shrimp mixture.
- You can substitute the shrimp with grilled chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
