Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
  3. While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad bowls. In four large bowls, layer the mixed salad greens as the base.
  4. Top each bowl with an equal portion of the cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to create a sauce. Drizzle over each burger bowl before serving.
