- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/2 cup cilantro-lime vinaigrette

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, layer the sliced grilled chicken, sweet corn, black beans, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, mixed greens, and diced bell peppers.
- Pour the cilantro-lime vinaigrette over the top and gently toss the salad to ensure all ingredients are well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper, and if desired, squeeze fresh lime juice over the salad for an extra zing.
