- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce. Set aside.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional lime wedges if desired.
