- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken skewers are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the skewers drizzled with the bang bang sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.

- For a healthier option, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise in the bang bang sauce.
