Description
A refreshing and crunchy salad made with apples, celery, grapes, and nuts, all coated in a creamy yogurt dressing.
Ingredients

- 4 medium apples, cored and chopped (any variety)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, walnuts or pecans, and mini marshmallows.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if using) until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the apple mixture and gently fold until everything is well coated.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt with a low-fat yogurt or a dairy-free alternative.
- Add dried cranberries or raisins for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
