Description

A refreshing and crunchy salad made with apples, celery, grapes, and nuts, all coated in a creamy yogurt dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples, cored and chopped (any variety)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, walnuts or pecans, and mini marshmallows.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if using) until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the apple mixture and gently fold until everything is well coated.
  4. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
